Bill Brown oversaw the development of Whistler Village as Head of Planning during the Olympic Games development process and then came to the Island to help Esquimalt out. He handled the RFP to develop the Esquimalt Town Hall site with mixed uses, plus a library. Bill helps us get our head around what a motivated planning department looks like.
